Mgr. Ondřej Novák

Mr. Novák completed his Mgr. studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2013. At the end of his practice as a junior lawyer, he joined the legal team of KŠD GROUP.

Mr. Novák is a senior lawyer at KŠD LEGAL of the sports law and tax and finance law practices. Mr. Novák’s practice is also focused on advising in the areas of disputes and arbitrations, civil law, law of business companies, contractual matters, insolvency law, or real estate law.

Areas of sport and sports law are quite close to Mr. Novák, he is the Member of the FACR Arbitration Board, Chairman of the Czech Equestrian Federation Disciplinary Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Autoclub of the Czech Republic Disciplinary Committee, and he is an active athlete as well.

Mr. Novák is also the executive director of KŠD LEGAL advokátska kancelária s.r.o., our Slovak branch with the registered office in Bratislava, and also a European lawyer established in the Slovak Republic.

Apart from his extensive experience in the law profession, Mr. Novák has broad experience in business, investment, and non-for-profit areas.
